Third-party transfers are those transfers that originate from a bank account held in a name different from the Qovex Account Owner’s. Third-party transfers are not allowed on our platform, so please make sure that all transfers to your Qovex account are made from a bank account held in your name.

If a deposit is made from a bank account registered to a different person than your Qovex account, it will be automatically sent back to the original bank account. This may incur extra transaction fees.
