It means we’re disabling new orders and cancelling existing orders for all pairs of the affected cryptocurrencies. Holding and withdrawals, however, remain enabled after the deadline.
We always take special care to notify users who hold the affected cryptocurrencies. We also encourage you to check your portfolio in your dashboard or the Qovex app whenever you see a notice informing you of trade halts.
The specific factors behind trade halts vary depending on the cryptocurrency and regulatory landscape. At Qovex, we have established a comprehensive framework that allows us to continually assess the cryptocurrencies we offer. This assessment takes into consideration the ever-changing regulatory environments and the corresponding obligations they entail. Consequently, there may be occasions when adjustments to our crypto offerings are necessary.
You’ll still be able to withdraw the tokens by transferring them to an address that supports them, either to your personal wallet or to another exchange.
No, selling them on Qovex after the announced deadline is not possible, you’re only able to withdraw the tokens afterwards. If you wish to sell your tokens on Qovex, you must do so before the deadline.
If you have any orders pending when the deadline passes, all of your orders are cancelled. Make sure you check your order status and complete any pending orders before the deadline.
You will still have full visibility of your trade history for the affected cryptocurrency pairs, even though trading is currently disabled.
